JOINING TECHNOLOGY
In the joining technology, we rely on the following materials:
- Steel
- Sluminum
- Stainless steel
- Molding
We use the joining techniques of cold joining, hot joining and gluing.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
- Product data analysis & planning joining sequences
- Derivation of clamping & fixing concepts
- Design of fixtures & equipment for manual assembly
- Partially & fully automated assembly
- Measurement & testing tasks
- Creation of visualised work instructions for assembly
- In both CATIA V5 and Siemens NX
- Human-robot collaboration

EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING
- Product data analysis & planning joining sequences
- Derivation of clamping & fixing concepts
- Design of fixtures & equipment for manual, partially and fully automated assembly and for measurement & testing tasks
- Complete production (mechanical, pneumatic & electrical) from a single source
- Implementation possible in line with both in-house standard and customer’s own standard
- Calibration of the equipment (incl. shim documentation)
- In addition, incorporation of the equipment is also possible at the customer’s premises
- Initial tryout with original parts
- Dimensional analysis & implementation of adjustment measures in the equipment
MANUAL ASSEMBLY
- Manual construction of assemblies
- A wide range of manual joining processes are available in-house
- Installation of modular assemblies
- Assembly support & body in white analysis
- Production-standard surface finish
- Production of single fixtures and templates
- Spot welding (steel, aluminium)
- MAG, MIG, WIG
- Punch riveting
- Clinching
- Gluing
- Projection welding
